The MIS Dept. is looking for a solution to provide timely deposit reports to Relationship Managers (RMs). Currently the MIS Dept. emails those report for each RMs.

- MIS - responsible for monitoring and checking of uploads deposits from branch.
- Sales Supervisor - monitors sales performance by the RMs.
- Relationship Managers - monitors there sales and performance.
Real time and accessible anywhere reports for MIS, Sales Supervisor and RMs.
At the end of the day or cut-off, branch uploads .csv files to file server.
The MIS user checks and monitors those branch that uploaded.
If in case the branch wasnt able to upload on the cut-off, there is an option for manual upload for MIS. The MIS can upload branchNo.csv file or copy past directly as text.
Please note that we can eliminate uploading of .csv from branch if the branch system have an API that we can pull needed deposit data or they can automate uploading of .csv on file server.
Once deposits uploaded, it will be automatically stored in InfoRM and Sales Director and RMs can access reports. Reports can ve view as charts, tables, can be downloaded as .csv and we also provide an endpoint or API which can be used by other departments or by other devices.
Below is a sample implementation of Endpoint/API, a voice search that can be used by MIS or Sales Director.
Again, we are not saying here that the reports to be provided is via Alexa. This is just a sample of how we use the endpoint/API. The users can still view the reports via web, via mobile browser and even on excel file.

We also provided a messaging, SMS and video chat which is very useful for RMs who is on fields, or Sales Director on different branches.

InfoRM is not just for viewing for reports, we also provide CRM tools for RMs. RMs can assign activities, campaigns, filing of documents and many CRM functionalities.
We also a added a unique feature for RMs, we call it the FullContact API. All the RM need is the client's email and automatically it will pull scrapped data which can be used for demographic, social activities and many more.
